Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using gcup7. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
gcup7 accounts are open only to individuals aged 21 or above. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual may hold only one gcup7 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds held therein forfeited without prior notice.
gcup7 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in MYR unless otherwise stated in writing.
All promotional bonuses offered by gcup7 are subject to applicable wagering requirements and time limits. Attempting to abuse bonus structures constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated systems, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited on gcup7 and will result in immediate account termination.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
References to a statute or statutory provision include all amendments, modifications, and re-enactments in force from time to time. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a gcup7 account and to place any wager or access any gambling product on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. gcup7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where this condition is not satisfied.
2.2 Single Account. Each person may maintain only one gcup7 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended, all funds being reviewed for forfeiture, and any outstanding bonus credits being cancelled.
2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. gcup7 is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate account information supplied by you.
2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing gcup7 is lawful in your jurisdiction. gcup7 does not make representations regarding the legality of accessing the Platform from any specific location. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you must not use the Platform.
3.1 gcup7 is required under its international gaming authority licence to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. This process may be initiated at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the Platform at gcup7's discretion.
3.2 KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identity document; proof of address dated within three months; and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.
3.3 Pending the completion of KYC verification, gcup7 may place restrictions on your account including suspension of withdrawal rights. Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
4.1 Deposits. gcup7 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and select cryptocurrency channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible. gcup7 targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within 1–4 business hours. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where further fraud checks are required.
4.3 No Third-Party Funding. You may not fund your gcup7 account using payment instruments belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will result in the reversal of that deposit and may trigger an account review.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. gcup7 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, in accordance with its published dormant account policy.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available through gcup7 are subject to specific terms displayed at the point of offer. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified per promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal. Where a withdrawal request is made before wagering requirements are fulfilled, gcup7 reserves the right to deduct Bonus Funds from the withdrawal amount.
5.3 gcup7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players; systematic exploitation of bonus structures — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, and use of third-party software to identify bonus edge — constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 7.
6.1 All games on gcup7 are governed by individual game rules accessible within the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy, the game rules take precedence over any general description or summary provided on the site.
6.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on gcup7 are subject to Sportsbook Rules published separately on the Platform. gcup7 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that are the subject of suspected match-fixing, abnormal betting patterns, or technical error.
6.3 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, gcup7 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return staked amounts. gcup7 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Bet Limits. gcup7 reserves the right to impose betting limits at the level of the individual Member, game, or market at its sole discretion. Notional bet limit amounts are displayed within the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gcup7. Breach of any provision in this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of account balances:
8.1 All content on the gcup7 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, and interface designs — is owned by or licenced to gcup7 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any gcup7 content without prior written authorisation from gcup7.
gcup7's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the gcup7 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gcup7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption to service.
10.2 gcup7's total liability to you for any direct claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gcup7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by gcup7's negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.1 gcup7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account and to withhold associated funds pending investigation where gcup7 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, fraud, regulatory concern, or safety risk.
11.2 You may close your gcup7 account at any time by contacting support. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with gcup7's Responsible Gaming policy. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be processed for withdrawal subject to KYC completion.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under gcup7's international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising between you and gcup7 that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant dispute resolution body designated by gcup7's licensing authority.
12.2 As a first step, Members are encouraged to raise complaints via gcup7 live chat or by emailing support@gcup7.app. gcup7 targets first response to formal complaints within 24 hours and resolution within 14 calendar days.
gcup7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via on-platform notification or registered email address. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
